The Color is a beautiful purple - red. The aromas and flavors are focused and plentiful with blackberry, purple plum, dried and vanilla bean leading the way. The body is medium plus with the rich fini8sh persisting long after one swallows this fine wine. The tannins are moderate yet in sufficient quantities to provide a solid 8 to 12 years of cellar potential. This wine is well structured whick allows it to be enjoyed alone however, it would be a shame not to marry it with grilled red meats or richly sesoned pasta dishes.

The wine possesses deep red-purple color. Delicious toasty oak and vanilla bean notes wrap around a juicy core of blackberry and sweet black plum flavors. The tannins are fine grained. Having aged one year in the bottle, this is a wine which requires little time beween opening and enjoying. Match with a thick beef steak, tenderloin of pork or spicy BBQ. This wine is quite capable of aging a solid 6 to 8 years.

Fragrant black cherry, red raspberries, cedar, old fashion damask rose petals and sweet leaf tobacco notes are found on the nose and palate of this medium-bodied wine. This wine's presentation is quite complex, smooth and civil. It makes for a great match when paired with beef, BBQ and lamb. A solid four to six years of cellar potential. Enjoy!
